Thank You
by Lynette Myers on

Dear Ed & Marlowe and the good people of Life Fellowship!  What memories we have of such great teaching & fellowship with you when we visited throughout the years!  Truly a blessing for all who attend and have attended!  I remember too the great fellowship at so many of your homes!  How exciting to see that you are still praying together as you fellowship in different one’s homes and studying together in other places during the week!  We trust you all are doing well and not wavering in your faith as each State struggles to come out of these hard financial times!  How we feel the burden you must be under.  We are praying for you!  Remember to fellowship together and uphold each other’s burdens.  How great it is to be a part of the body of Christ!

We have 30+ college age students with us from Liberty University and a Korean church from Ann Arbor here this week.  We’ve been enjoying sharing with them Tribal Mission’s and all that is entailed in reaching an indigenous group with the gospel of Christ.  Pray with us that all would be challenged to be a part of missions and that some would go to the field as other’s stay behind to support and pray for them as you have for us!  How we thank you for your generosity these many years!  Thanks for your part in the body of Christ as we endeavor to share the word of God with those who have not heard!

We love you!

quick update
by Lynette Myers on

Hi Everyone!

We’ve been enjoying a very long awaited family reunion with Hannah’s family.  This past week was the first time in 12 years for us all to be together at the same time.  We were introduced to three nephews and one niece we had never met and introduced Lance and Lincoln to their Uncle Gary and Aunt Esther who they have never met!  Just a great relaxing time to spend together!  Hannah’s parents Bob and Sandy Ames were missionaries with NTM in Senegal, West Africa…Hannah’s sister Sharon and her family were with us in Venezuela,  Hannah’s sister Esther and her family are missionaries home on home assignment from Papua New Guinea.  They are the ones I was forwarding letters to you all regarding the teaching they passed on to the Dinangat People of PNG.  They have believers in that tribal group now and are continuing to translate and teach as the young church develops.  And Hannah’s brother Jonathan and his family were with us from North Carolina…They are stationed at Camp Lejeune.  He and his wife Devon are doing well and very busy with 3 babies in diapers.  With the many travels of Hannah’s family and long distances between us all this was a very exciting and refreshing time of seeing each other again.

We are still busy here on the campus.  This week we will be having our first “Wayumi Youth Camp”  This is for High Schooler’s and our first group is from Rives Junction, MI.  They arrive Sunday for supper and leave Friday.  Pray with us as we prepare and work to expose these kids to tribal missions.  Pray too for the kids that they would get a vision and excitement for how they can be involved now and in the future.  We hope to have 7 to 8 Wayumi Youth Camps each summer so this is the first of many.  We have been busy getting new cabins ready up in “Jungle camp” up on the mountain…lots of work still to be done.

Ok…all for now...

Love from the Lilley’s with grateful hearts for your generosity and continued prayer support!

More soon,

Greg & Hannah Lilley
